Aufgaben
- Own technology and maintenance processes for the production line
- Ensure fulfillment of planned production volume
- Plan and implement preventive and condition-based maintenance
- Lead, train, and coach direct reports including electricians and mechanics
- Train on progressive maintenance tools like BDA and ABC analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
- Represent the line at DMS 2 meetings
- Increase availability and reliability of plant lines
- Prevent accidents, losses, and defects
- Educate and train section technicians
- Train production machine operators
