- Act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders
- Coordinate between engineering, operations, and product management
- Gather team input and decide on minor product topics
- Consult stakeholders regarding complex technical issues
- Maintain all relevant product documentation
- Manage the product lifecycle and strategic goals
- Execute proactive obsolescence management
- Assess the impact of standard changes
- Maintain service-specific tools with compliance teams
- Contribute to service R&D projects
- Support service product transitions through release phases
- Evaluate and productize engineered solutions
- Clarify technical questions for sales and operations
- Assist with technical solution agreements
- Review complex solutions for strategy alignment
