- Account for full lifecycle of the training services portfolio
- Ensure scalable, competitive, and customer-valued offerings
- Collaborate across functions and regions to support business results
- Optimize performance for high-quality service execution and capability development
- Own and manage the global training services portfolio
- Drive full lifecycle management of training services
- Define training service roadmap aligned with business line strategy
- Identify skill gaps with sales, service, and regional teams
- Position training as part of service solutions
- Translate installed base and modernization needs into targeted training
- Enable field teams and customers through structured, role-based training
- Track performance metrics (revenue, utilization, customer satisfaction)
- Drive continuous improvement and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
