In this role, you will take charge of the technical vision for GPU and compute infrastructure, collaborating closely with the executive team to shape architectural decisions and deployment strategies while guiding hardware and service providers in optimizing their resources.

Anforderungen

  • •Proven experience with Bare Metal as a Service (BMaaS) and GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) concepts
  • •Familiarity with infrastructure providers such as Hetzner, OVHcloud, CoreWeave, or NeoCloud
  • •Competence in designing, building, and scaling complex distributed backend systems
  • •Deep understanding of diverse AI workloads and corresponding compute and data orchestration strategies
  • •Extensive background in AI/Machine Learning infrastructure, distributed compute, or high-performance computing
  • •Readiness to operate remotely with regular in-person collaboration sessions in Zug, Hamburg, and other European locations
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
  • •Experience with decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN) or managing dynamic compute resource allocation

  • •Lead the technical vision for GPU and compute infrastructure

  • •Assist service providers in identifying optimal hardware clusters for workloads
  • •Translate market vision into a high-performance decentralized system
