Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in law from a Swiss University
  • •Admission to the bar, postgraduate studies (LL.M) or doctorate is desirable
  • •Several years of experience as a legal counsel in a FINMA supervised company, a law firm, a crypto startup - and/or a big four company
  • •Solid and profound experience in Swiss financial market regulations and private and corporate law
  • •Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a dynamic environment
  • •Entrepreneurial, adaptive, critical and outside the box thinking
  • •Proactive in facing challenges of distributed-ledger and blockchain technology
  • •Ability to set priorities in a changing business environment
  • •Fluency in German and English, any other language is a plus

Aufgaben

  • •Provide legal and regulatory guidance on crypto financial services
  • •Ensure compliance with banking and securities regulations
  • •Deliver legal support for custody, staking, trading, and lending
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts
  • •Analyze legal frameworks surrounding blockchain technology
  • •Offer strategic advice for product development and business initiatives
  • •Advise on international expansion and corporate structure optimization
  • •Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards
  • •Mentor team members within the Legal function
  • •Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments
