In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and developing talent across various international locations. Daily activities will involve managing recruitment, enhancing HR processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the workforce.

Anforderungen

• •3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
• •Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or comparable field, or Swiss HR-Fachausweis
• •Strong interest in the financial/crypto industry
• •Proven hands-on experience with active sourcing and international recruitment
• •Structured, pragmatic, hands-on working style and strong communication skills
• •Interest in HR projects and continuous process improvement
• •Comfortable working in an international and fast-changing environment
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Flexibility of working across designated EU countries

Aufgaben

• •Manage global recruitment for specialist roles
• •Define and implement sourcing strategies based on role and market
• •Select appropriate channels for candidate sourcing
• •Serve as a point of contact for HR systems and tools
• •Contribute to performance reviews and employee surveys
• •Support OKRs and HR data analytics initiatives
• •Enhance employer branding efforts
• •Participate in strategic HR projects
• •Digitalize and improve HR processes
• •Assist with HR payroll tasks, including onboarding and documentation
• •Conduct background checks
