- Experience in a fully remote working environment
- Operating no more than 3 hours from CET/CEST
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficient understanding of the crypto sphere
- Proficient understanding of blockchain technologies
- Experience with Solana Web3 JS and Remote Procedure calls
- Experience with Ethereum Web3 JS
- Strong experience with React state cycles, contexts, and hooks
- Experience with ReactJs / NuxtJS / NextJS
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with using web sockets
- Experience with building / using RESTful APIs
- Experience with Hardhat javascript framework
- Good understanding of CI/CD Pipelines and automated building and testing
- Understanding of well tested code (Unit Testing, Integration Testing)
- Experience with version control, preferably Git
- Experience on blockchain projects
- Understanding of system design and reusable components
- Knowledge of accessibility
- Some experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with CSS flex box
- Experience with styled components

- Collaborate on web-related products
- Develop websites for an exceptional user experience
- Integrate blockchain marketplaces and smart contracts using web3 frameworks
- Handle backend integration tasks
- Design and implement improvements for user experience
- Maintain existing products and monitor their health
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality
- Ensure good test coverage and high code quality
