- Experience with handling API integrations
- Proven experience with SaaS based products
- Previous experience with problem-solving in troubleshooting environment
- Passion for consulting and tactical empathy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent customer focus and professional demeanor
- Analytical understanding with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English
- German strongly preferred

- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues
- Drive issue escalation and resolution
- Manage assigned customer portfolio in English
- Monitor and ensure API usage
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering
- Identify and pursue new tech partnerships
- Explore integration opportunities
- Manage customer expectations
- Lead customer satisfaction efforts
- Design onboarding processes
- Handle escalated support tickets
