Aufgaben
- Lead the Supply Chain and Export teams
- Coordinate SCM activities with operations strategy
- Manage procurement for a defined supplier panel
- Propose and implement Supply Chain process improvements
- Maintain supplier contracts and lifecycle management
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations
- Achieve Supply Chain KPIs for quality and on-time performance
- Ensure accurate supplier and product information in ERP
- Develop and mentor the team
- Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Align inbound and outbound logistics with customer demand
- Monitor and report on service levels and stock
- Control costs within target ranges
