- Develop and implement category strategies
- Manage procurement categories throughout lifecycle
- Conduct spend, market, supplier, and demand analyses
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimization potential
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards
- Enhance benchmarks and business cases
- Support informed decision-making
- Drive product, specification, and data structure harmonization
- Promote standardization and continuous process improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Facilitate stakeholder committees
- Collaborate with Procurement, Hospitals, Supply Chain Management, and business functions
