- Strong foundation in renewable energy technologies
- Extensive professional experience (8–10+ years) in technical asset management
- Extensive professional experience (8–10+ years) in technical portfolio management
- Extensive professional experience (8–10+ years) in owner’s engineering roles (solar PV)
- Proven experience in building and leading teams
- Proven experience in establishing governance structures
- Proven experience in establishing technical excellence frameworks
- Strong understanding of PV technology
- Strong understanding of key performance drivers (PV)
- Strong understanding of lifecycle management (solar assets)
- Strong understanding of risk management (solar assets)
- Experience in evaluating complex optimization projects
- Experience in steering complex optimization projects
- Broad and well-established network across PV sector
- Structured, resilient, and analytical working manner
- Ability to manage complex technical and operational challenges
- Excellent English skills
- German language skills (strong advantage)
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
Aufgaben
- Lead technical function in Asset Management
- Ensure high standards from O&M providers
- Manage technical KPIs and risk mitigation
- Build and lead technical competence center
- Integrate and strengthen solar know-how
- Define technical standards and KPIs
- Create governance frameworks for scalability
- Collaborate with local Technical Management
- Supervise O&M providers without daily execution
- Own annual production budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and initiate corrective actions
- Evaluate and prioritize optimization projects
- Support technical assessments and business cases
- Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions
- Act as technical sparring partner for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with technical and HSE requirements
