- Extensive experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Confident management of complex technical and regulatory environments
- Very strong technical understanding of medium- and high-voltage infrastructure
- Act as technical authority in grid-related topics
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Coordination of internal and external project managers
- Established network within European energy sector (Germany, Spain, or Italy preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Additional language skills in German, Italian, or Spanish as strong asset
- High degree of initiative
- Decisiveness and ownership
- Collaborative leadership style
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Aufgaben
- Manage grid connection applications and agreements
- Coordinate with DSOs and TSOs
- Lead grid connection process from offers to commissioning
- Conduct technical negotiations with grid operators
- Act as central technical interface between stakeholders
- Develop and review electrical designs for projects
- Ensure technical robustness and feasibility
- Define and optimize MV/HV grid connection concepts
- Translate technical requirements into solutions
- Ensure compliance with grid codes and standards
- Support Engineering and Procurement teams
- Enable informed technical decisions
- Coordinate efficient supplier interactions
