Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Strong academic foundation in commercial/investment decisions
- 10-15 years of experience in renewable energy project development
- Strong focus on utility-scale Solar PV and/or Wind
- Experience in BESS is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale renewable portfolios
- Successfully manage partnerships or joint ventures
- Experience across multiple European markets
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience aligning stakeholders
- Fluent in business English
- Fluent in business German
- Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environments
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly across West European markets

- Conduct in-depth regulatory analyses
- Conduct in-depth competitive analyses

- Proactively manage market-related risks
- Initiate co-development partnerships
