- At least five years of experience in commercial operations, energy trading, sales, or procurement in European power markets
- Exposure to Nordics, Germany, Italy, and Spain markets
- Highly structured with experience in building robust operational processes
- Hands-on experience in contract management and post-deal execution of PPAs, derivatives, or GoOs
- Prior team leadership experience
- Motivation to actively shape, scale, and professionalize Commercial Operations
- Solid understanding of European energy markets and renewable energy sector dynamics
- Comfortable working with data from multiple sources
- Experience with APIs, CSV files, databases is an advantage
- Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is an advantage
- Fluent communication in English
- Confidence operating in an international setting
- German, Spanish, or Italian skills are an asset
Aufgaben
- Build and lead the Commercial Operations team
- Support the Global Commercial Team across functions
- Manage end-to-end operational tasks for commercial transactions
- Handle PPAs, power derivatives, and Guarantees of Origin
- Develop and implement scalable processes and systems
- Design governance structures for efficient PPA management
- Oversee contractual compliance and manage claims
- Support renegotiations with the Legal team
- Coordinate with external counterparties and internal teams
- Ensure regulatory reporting and GoO compliance
- Fulfill REMIT and GoO delivery requirements
- Establish reporting processes and performance tracking
- Monitor commercial outcomes and support decision-making
