- Lead and develop Talent Acquisition Partners
- Coach and provide operational guidance to the team
- Prioritize and support full lifecycle recruitment
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- Manage strategic and complex recruitment assignments
- Partner with business and HR leaders on hiring priorities
- Advise on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Support workforce planning and risk identification
- Drive effective sourcing strategies
- Support proactive talent pipelining and mapping
- Utilize recruitment data for better decision-making
- Strengthen ABB’s employer branding
- Collaborate on university relations and early talent programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and GDPR
- Monitor recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives
- Maintain operational excellence and process compliance
