Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- •Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
- •At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- •Strong understanding of Swiss labor law and employment regulations
- •Proficiency in HRIS systems
- •Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- •French or Italian is a plus
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- •Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- •Proactive approach to continuous improvement

- •Manage performance, coaching, and development of team members
- •Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits
- •Administer social security and immigration processes
- •Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries
- •Maintain data integrity within HRIS platforms
- •Collaborate with local management on new business requirements
- •Design and implement operational processes for HR projects
- •Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- •Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and GDPR
- •Support internal HR projects and manage vendor relationships
