HR Operations Front Office Manager(m/w/x)
As an HR Operations Front Office Manager, you will lead a dedicated team while ensuring seamless HR service delivery. Your role involves managing payroll, benefits, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of Swiss labor law and employment regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- French or Italian is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Oversee the HR front office team in Switzerland
- Manage performance, coaching, and development of team members
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits
- Administer social security and immigration processes
- Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries
- Maintain data integrity within HRIS platforms
- Collaborate with local management on new business requirements
- Design and implement operational processes for HR projects
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and GDPR
- Support internal HR projects and manage vendor relationships
