- •Empathy and strong stakeholder relationship building
- •High initiative, structured methods, and joined-up thinking
- •Knowledge of interview methodologies and Swiss labour market
- •Solution-focused approach and effective communication skills
- •Degree in Economics, Business, Psychology, or HR
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Recommend new practices to improve HR functions
