- Knowledge of data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) and proficiency with other office tools
- Experience with AI supported solutions
- Data interpretation and meticulous accuracy in collection and analysis
- Good understanding of sustainability reporting landscape (EU Taxonomy, ESRS)
- Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
- Effective collaboration with colleagues
- High level of English language skills
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Optimize ESG data collection and analysis
- Develop tools and processes for ESG data
- Collect and validate ESG data
- Analyze data trends and insights
- Support sustainability goals with data analysis
- Draft sustainability disclosures
- Participate in review cycles for disclosures
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders
- Create training materials as needed
- Support internal communication through various channels
- Develop automated solutions to increase productivity
- Eliminate duplications in tasks
- Coordinate information requirements
- Maintain Sharepoint repositories
- Support process mapping and analysis
- Develop internal controls
- Prepare process and control documentation
- Maintain audit trails and documentation
- Help maintain relevant policies and procedures
