- Skilled in developing relevant ESRS disclosures
- Ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficient ability to summarize and visualize with PowerPoint
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work comfortably across diverse teams and time zones
- Very high proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in German is a plus
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Support regulatory competence for EU Taxonomy
- Translate regulatory requirements into actions
- Review methodologies for ESG reporting compliance
- Develop ABB’s position for regulatory consultations
- Deliver training on sustainability reporting topics
- Monitor EU Taxonomy changes and best practices
- Propose practical implementation of EU Taxonomy changes
- Prepare annual EU Taxonomy assessments
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
- Present EU Taxonomy assessment results to stakeholders
- Streamline EU Taxonomy and ESRS requirements
- Prepare EU Taxonomy disclosures in Sustainability Statement
- Ensure successful external assurance for EU Taxonomy
- Provide input for regulatory consultations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on EU Taxonomy
- Drive process optimization
- Develop reporting tools and processes
- Consult and inform internal stakeholders on processes
- Create presentations for meetings and Steering Committees
