- Manage career development and stakeholder relationships

- Supervise execution of all audit phases
- Perform quality reviews of audit work papers
- Report findings and risks to stakeholders
- Communicate audit results to the board committee
- Set team goals and conduct performance reviews
- Manage team costs and administrative tasks
- Train auditors in digital and analytic tools
- Liaise with external auditors and strategy teams
- Coordinate succession planning and resource rotation
- Position the team as a corporate talent pool
