As a Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in helping customers integrate Sonar's solutions into their development processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve resolving technical issues, collaborating with teams to enhance customer experiences, and advocating for customer feedback to influence product development.

Anforderungen

• •3-5 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and delivering high-quality software
• •2+ years experience using or administrating a DevOps pipeline
• •Working knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies
• •Investigation skills to understand problems in context
• •Team player with feedback and knowledge sharing skills
• •Can-do attitude towards challenging status quo and contributing to improvements
• •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Help customers integrate solutions into their development pipeline
• •Assist with technical integration in developer IDEs and ALMs
• •Support integration with Continuous Integration processes
• •Facilitate integration with software lifecycle tools
• •Guide integration with existing business applications
• •Resolve technical issues by qualifying customer concerns
• •Conduct in-depth technical investigations
• •Manage customer relationships throughout the resolution process
