In this role, you will engage with prospective customers to showcase how the Sonar solution fits into their development processes. Daily activities will include technical presentations, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful product adoption, while collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.

Anforderungen

• •Practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering
• •Familiarity with local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure
• •Passion for technology and successful customer outcomes
• •Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and articulate solutions
• •Proven ability to work in a team and share knowledge
• •Can-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo
• •Excellent presentation skills
• •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Help prospective customers understand the Clean as You Code approach
• •Drive technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities through presentations and demonstrations
• •Support product evaluations for prospective customers
• •Advise customers on aligning the Sonar solution with their deployment strategy
• •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for evaluating customers
• •Ensure successful product adoption and growth post-purchase
• •Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams
• •Educate existing customers on advanced product capabilities
• •Provide technical enablement to channel partners
