Anforderungen
- 6+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer
- Development in Java with clean and maintainable code
- Experience architecting cloud-native applications on AWS
- Good knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization
- Excellent engineering skills and understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Leadership and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision
- Experience with relational RDBMS (such as Postgres) and SQL
- Experience in Code Quality practices and using testing frameworks
- Knowledge of build tools (Maven or Gradle) and version control systems (git)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX designers to define new features
- Develop new features with a focus on end-user experience
- Write unit tests and integration tests for new features
- Define the architecture of applications on AWS
- Take ownership of the team's work and drive sprints to completion
- Deploy and monitor new features in production
- Troubleshoot production issues related to team features
- Mentor engineers to enhance their technical skills and autonomy
- Utilize agile methodologies in project management
- Contribute to the team's short and long-term goal setting
