- Manage full relationship with UK delivery, freight, and fulfilment partners
- Negotiate carrier and partner contracts for cost efficiency
- Track and act on partner performance data
- Identify improvements and resolve issues
- Run regular business reviews and operational check-ins
- Ensure accountability with partners
- Develop UK partner portfolio for growth
- Translate market needs into partner requirements
- Collaborate with Growth, Account Management, and Merchant Care
