- Demonstrated experience creating/driving adoption of shared frontend solutions (design systems, libraries, tooling)
- Experience influencing/supporting multiple teams or product area
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Thrive in collaborative environments, team player

- Experience with server-side rendering / hybrid rendering patterns and edge / CDN optimisation
- Experience integrating frontends with AWS Lambda

- Lead evolution of Real Estate frontend architecture
- Define and improve SLAs/SLOs
- Anticipate ripple effects across systems
- Design and create shared frontend libraries
- Develop reusable frontend components and tooling
- Orchestrate multi-system refactors and migrations
- Coordinate with engineers, product, and stakeholders
- Act as frontend expert across teams and locations
- Mentor and coach other engineers
- Model healthy feedback culture
- Challenge and improve team processes
- Write code and multiply team effectiveness
- Innovate and implement frontend solutions
- Own technical vision for key user journeys
- Lead cross-team frontend initiatives
- Identify and surface technical bottlenecks
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering
- Partner with DevX to set engineering standards
- Evaluate and introduce new frontend technologies
- Document and drive adoption of new tools
- Own and evolve Frontend ADR process
- Guide and review other engineers' work
- Leverage AI and large language models
- Contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing
- Promote high-quality engineering practices
