Aufgaben

• Oversee planning and delivery of Staff Council initiatives
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and project teams
• Support staff engagement programs and workshops
• Screen and analyze employment disputes and grievances
• Organize all-staff events and logistical arrangements
• Manage administrative and project-related matters
• Onboard new Staff Council members
• Manage the annual budget and resource allocation
• Oversee financial processes and dues collection
• Produce quarterly and annual activity reports
• Manage all internal and external communications
• Coordinate newsletters and presentation materials
• Respond to generic staff queries
• Provide feedback on human resources policies
• Oversee knowledge management and documentation systems
• Participate in management and HR meetings
• Generate minutes and follow up on actions
• Maintain statistics for annual Board reports
