Aufgaben
- Procure goods and services at the Country level.
- Work with internal and external partners to optimize purchasing.
- Assess challenges, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
- Communicate challenges, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
- Provide oversight of externally contracted activities.
- Engage technically, operationally, and commercially for Procurement.
- Solicit requests for proposals.
- Analyze requests for proposals.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Realize contract objectives (savings, SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with pricing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Initialize purchase orders.
- Manage document flow for RFIs, RFPs, and contracts.
- Input and oversee document workflow in Linksquares.
- Track all vendor contract requests.
- Follow up for timely contract approval.
- Maintain vendor documentation.
- Ensure goods meet delivery, quality, compliance, and pricing.
- Manage supplier relations and performance.
- Select and set up vendors.
- Negotiate supplier pricing.
- Manage supplier invoicing, returns, and credits.
- Ensure on-time supplier delivery.
- Develop purchasing policies and procedures.
- Implement purchasing policies and procedures.
