Anforderungen

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related
• 5 years experience in procurement or supply chain
• Expertise in implementing procurement processes
• Innovative problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent English and German language skills

Aufgaben

• Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to contracting
• Source and purchase goods in alignment with business strategies
• Execute competitive bidding processes following organizational policy
• Implement category strategies based on local business needs
• Develop a supply base focused on value and quality
• Oversee new vendor requests and preferred supplier networks
• Drive spend toward the preferred supplier network
• Maintain compliance with all procurement policies
• Execute tactical processes for supplier diversity and sustainability
• Manage local preferred suppliers and resolve issues proactively
• Align supplier management with the global SRM strategy
• Foster collaborative and innovative supplier interactions
• Execute source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay activities
• Identify and fix inefficiencies in procurement process design
• Enable cost savings and ensure assurance of supply
• Manage and prevent savings leakage in downstream processes
• Administer continuous improvement projects for procurement operations
