- Develop and implement global category strategies
- Optimize total cost of ownership through modeling
- Lead costed bill of materials development
- Drive dual sourcing and supplier qualification
- Negotiate long-term agreements with key suppliers
- Report on vendor performance and savings metrics
- Mitigate geopolitical and capacity supply risks
- Establish cross-functional networks with engineering and operations
- Partner with teams on new product development
- Ensure responsible sourcing and ESG compliance
- Monitor global supply markets and commodity indices
- Identify value engineering and innovation opportunities
- Lead and develop the procurement team
- Champion digital procurement tools and analytics
