- Develop and execute global category strategies
- Optimize total cost of ownership through modeling
- Lead costed BOM development and alignment
- Drive dual sourcing and supplier qualification
- Negotiate long-term supplier agreements
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and performance
- Report on OTD, quality, and savings metrics
- Mitigate supply chain and geopolitical risks
- Establish cross-functional networks with engineering and operations
- Partner with NPI teams for early supplier involvement
- Ensure responsible sourcing and ESG compliance
- Monitor global supply markets and emerging technologies
- Identify VA/VE and innovation opportunities
- Lead and develop the procurement team
- Champion digital procurement tools and analytics
