- Clarify requirements and align specifications
- Manage incoming sourcing requests
- Conduct RFP processes and evaluate proposals
- Lead negotiations with suppliers
- Oversee supplier selection and awarding decisions
- Manage the full contract lifecycle
- Monitor contract performance and compliance
- Maintain accurate supplier data
- Ensure adherence to procurement standards
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support supplier segmentation and risk assessments
- Manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders
- Track and report procurement KPIs
- Support local departments with negotiations
- Assist with procurement IT tool rollouts
- Conduct training for local procurement teams
