- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or PhD in science/economics preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive Market Access experience
- Significant scientific exposure in rare disease
- Ideally CNS realm experience
- Experience in early patient access programs
- Relevant education and applicable experience combination considered
- Recent experience in early patient access programs
- Launch of orphan drugs experience
- Ideally direct/adjacent CNS space experience
- Hands-on pricing negotiations experience in Europe
- Experience and proven success in cross-functional teamwork
- Fluency in English (written and oral) mandatory
- Additional European languages considered an advantage
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Foster culture of collaboration and innovation
- Strong digital literacy
- Microsoft proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong formal presentation skills
- Ability to travel within Europe and internationally
Aufgaben
- Support mid-size and small European countries
- Develop high-quality pricing and access launch strategies
- Incorporate additional evidence needs into strategies
- Create value propositions beyond the drug
- Design managed entry schemes and other agreements
- Ensure timely delivery of P&R dossiers
- Identify evidence requirements for European access
- Support creation of program-specific Evidence Plans
- Coordinate negotiation strategy with clear approach
- Build stakeholder relationships for access engagement
- Consult patients on their needs and disease impact
- Establish relationships with payers and key opinion leaders
- Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and budgets
- Monitor trends in Health Technology Assessment
- Anticipate key developments in government reimbursement
