- Swiss or EU qualified lawyer in pharmaceutical or biotech
- 6+ years post-qualification experience
- Extensive Life Sciences industry experience (pharma/biotech, in-house or law firm)
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Deep knowledge of EU and national pharma/healthcare laws
- Deep knowledge of promotional codes
- Deep knowledge of anti-bribery laws
- Deep knowledge of industry trade association standards
- Deep knowledge of global privacy requirements
- Deep knowledge of competition laws
- Extensive cross-disciplinary experience in European jurisdictions
- Exposure to additional jurisdictions is a plus
- MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory Material Review) involvement/experience

Aufgaben
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements
- Provide daily legal support across multiple departments
- Advise on contract structuring and risk allocation
- Manage the full contracting lifecycle with stakeholders
- Support pre-launch activities and promotional reviews
- Ensure compliance with European and country requirements
- Develop and maintain promotional review guidelines
- Train cross-functional stakeholders on compliance practices
- Partner with senior leadership on global expansion
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor to EU GMs
- Translate legal risks into actionable guidance
- Identify and manage regional compliance risks
- Support industry codes and ethical standards
- Advise on marketing and patient interactions
- Champion continuous improvement in legal operations
- Contribute to legal training and knowledge sharing
- Handle additional legal projects and matters
