Anforderungen

• 5+ years software development experience in C++ or Python
• R&D experience in multimodal traffic simulation
• Willingness to develop expertise in specific areas
• Knowledge of traffic simulation and ML optimization
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI models
• Knowledge of Ubuntu, Docker, and cloud computing
• Knowledge of GIS and 3D modeling tools
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and research experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Existing work authorization in Switzerland
• Experience in processing large spatiotemporal data
• Knowledge of NVIDIA RAPIDS and PyTorch Geometric
• Experience in leading research or software groups
• Master’s degree or higher in related field

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy traffic simulation and street optimization products
• Lead a team of software and product engineers
• Develop scalable cloud-based simulation and inference services
• Guide MLOps, CI, and numeric study implementations
• Integrate security, federation, and billing systems
• Collaborate with Product Management on offering strategies
• Define requirements for training and inference datasets
• Validate data licenses and usage with legal teams
• Manage the product lifecycle and release synchronization
• Review technical documentation and ensure backward compatibility
• Represent the company at international scientific and industry events
• Author scientific publications, blog posts, and journal articles
• Research state-of-the-art developments in generative neural networks
• Collaborate with R&D teams on geospatial foundational models
