- Balancing growth targets with financial discipline
- Experience building scalable tools, templates, reporting processes

- Defining long-term pricing and category strategies
- Managing day-to-day tactical execution of discounts and budget pacing
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end purchasing budget lifecycle
- Lead annual and quarterly planning
- Coordinate budget allocations with Category Managers
- Adjust forecasts to protect cash flow and meet growth targets
- Provide comprehensive category performance monitoring
- Identify risks and opportunities to accelerate stock rotation
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven corrective actions
- Centralize and standardize weekly commercial reporting
- Build scalable tools and automated processes
- Act as strategic lead for customer pricing measurement
- Identify optimization opportunities across portfolio
- Manage effectiveness of discounts, offers, and seasonal promotions
- Serve as analytical interface between Category Management, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations
- Ensure purchasing volumes align with warehouse capacity
- Lead structured communication of performance to stakeholders
