- Comfortable handling large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven track record managing end-to-end planning cycles
- Ability to consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Financial rigor and commercial curiosity
- Understanding of business drivers influencing P&L
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform detailed root-cause analysis on budget variances
- Efficient project management skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Experience with enterprise planning tools
- Basic understanding of SQL
Aufgaben
- Own commercial planning process
- Transform high-level targets into actionable financial models
- Manage ZMS commercial planning cycle
- Create and maintain Annual Budget
- Conduct quarterly re-forecasts
- Build and maintain Master Financial Model
- Develop sophisticated revenue models
- Perform monthly variance analysis
- Understand and quantify Actuals vs. Plan deviations
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Commercial Analytics teams
- Ensure data accuracy and automation
- Model complex 'What-If' scenarios
- Assess financial impact of commercial initiatives
- Identify and communicate Risks and Opportunities
- Provide early warning signals for course correction
