Commercial Planner(m/w/x)
Tracking partner investment commitments and consumption against plans for a pan-European fashion e-commerce ecosystem. 2-4 years' commercial finance experience required. 27 days holiday, 30 days work from abroad.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years working experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Sales Operations
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales team operations
- Comfortable discussing budgets and contract terms with non-financial stakeholders
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with large data tables, pivot tables, and lookup functions
- Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Service-oriented but analytically firm
- Ability to help Sales Manager find solutions while respecting financial rules
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple budget status requests from sales teams
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy) is a plus
- Genuine interest in the e-commerce or media industry is a plus
Aufgaben
- Track partner investment commitments
- Monitor consumption against plans
- Support Sales teams with financial insights
- Explain 'Open-to-Spend' budgets
- Track progress against partner targets
- Navigate commercial contract terms
- Aggregate partner-level data
- Contribute to the Master Financial Model
- Review commercial contracts
- Assess financial implications of deals
- Ensure discounts and rebates are captured
- Perform weekly budget checks
- Identify under- or over-consuming partners
- Flag budget risks to Commercial Leads
- Collaborate with Business Processes & Tooling team
- Ensure Partner Wallet tool accuracy
- Maintain high data quality
