- Oversee stock control and monitor KPIs
- Drive operational improvements for merchant partners
- Lead project management and stakeholder alignment
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize partner performance
- Analyze complex data and monitor inventory health
- Translate performance metrics into actionable insights
- Communicate strategies to warehouse leads and executives
- Collaborate across Commercial, Logistics, and Tech departments
- Provide merchant feedback to Product teams
- Identify and resolve inbound forecasting inaccuracies
- Lead improvement journeys to solve logistical challenges
