Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • At least two years of industry experience in Finance, Marketing & Sales, IPL, or related function
  • Business and commercial acumen
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective work in cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Sound understanding of Chemicals financial reporting systems

Aufgaben

  • Provide standard and advanced financial analysis
  • Create visualizations for the Chemicals organization
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs
  • Improve P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting
  • Enhance cost and segment reporting
  • Support data quality in financial systems
  • Improve data quality in Business Warehouse
  • Enhance integrated planning platforms
  • Generate reports using data analytics
  • Analyze financial and business results
  • Identify trends and anticipate performance movements
  • Support reporting and planning automation
  • Align automation with Finance and IPL
  • Support Business Segments' digitalization
  • Apply modern analytics methods
  • Use statistical models for forecasting
  • Incorporate external market insights
  • Translate business requirements into solutions
  • Partner across organizational lines
  • Contribute to Finance's world-class performance
  • Enhance business insights and decision support
