Anforderungen

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferably Finance/Controlling focus)
  • Proven experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A in an international company
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics
  • Solid MS Office knowledge
  • Ideal experience with Hyperion, SAP, and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Aufgaben

  • Partner with functional leads across Corporate and Medical Functions
  • Drive end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure data quality and governance during monthly closing activities
  • Prepare management reports and executive summaries
  • Translate financial results into actionable insights
  • Analyze key financial performance drivers
  • Apply financial insights to commercial and operational decisions
  • Collaborate with regional and global colleagues for process efficiency
  • Handle complex finance topics in commercial, operational, and compliance areas
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling
  • Contribute to strategic and cross-functional initiatives
