- Proven financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- High initiative, proactive, solution-oriented, process improvement mindset
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Experience driving change, improving processes, implementing new financial frameworks
Aufgaben
- Partner with Global R&D for strategic finance
- Deliver in-depth financial analyses and insights
- Ensure timely and budgeted execution of R&D projects
- Manage R&D cost tracking, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Design and implement standardized R&D reporting frameworks
- Conduct monthly financial performance reviews
- Provide budgeting, forecasting, and financial guidance
- Develop analytical tools for business scenarios and KPIs
- Support PMO and Project Review Boards
- Evaluate project performance and investment cases
- Improve budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strengthen financial governance
- Support senior management in achieving objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance
