- •Develop expertise in AI security and infrastructure
- •Lead technical workstreams for enterprise accounts
- •Partner with CSMs from onboarding through expansion
- •Advise on AI gateway patterns and architectural design
- •Guide SaaS and self-hosted deployment strategies
- •Integrate Lakera into customer architectures and use cases
- •Manage first-line technical troubleshooting and solutions
- •Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical issues
- •Help customers adopt emerging AI ecosystem standards
- •Demonstrate new platform features and capabilities
- •Optimize customer configurations and rollout strategies
- •Provide technical insights for customer growth plans
- •Surface customer insights to Product and Engineering teams
