Aufgaben
- Act as primary business stakeholder and strategic relationship owner for CFO, CPO, and senior stakeholders
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer goals and industry dynamics
- Position SAP as a long-term strategic partner by understanding customer priorities and transformation agendas
- Provide deep Finance and Spend Management domain expertise and thought leadership
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and design of customer value journey
- Connect strategy, process, technology, and change management into a cohesive transformation plan
- Identify, shape, and develop new business opportunities to build a healthy pipeline
- Drive opportunity qualification, solution fit, and deal strategy with account teams
- Lead go-to-market execution for new SAP solutions, emphasizing AI-driven capabilities
- Engage early with customers to validate new solutions and shape use cases
- Champion AI and innovation initiatives to unlock new value sources
- Partner with solution advisors to ensure demo system readiness and effective enablement programs
- Work with Demo & Learning teams to maintain up-to-date assets and scalable enablement offerings
- Orchestrate tailored demos, PoCs, and prototypes using customer-specific data
- Collaborate with value advisors to craft compelling value propositions and business cases
- Conduct strategic discovery and lead value leakage workshops
- Deliver persuasive, insight-led executive presentations to create demand
- Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations
- Align pricing, packaging, and value metrics to support sustainable cloud revenue growth
- Support Customer Success Management and adoption teams for successful implementation
- Proactively monitor outcomes and drive corrective actions
- Manage critical escalations, renewals, and key milestones
- Own the full deal cycle and renewal strategy for SAP’s Finance and Spend Management solutions
- Elevate customer dialogues toward strategic investment decisions and measurable outcomes
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and Buying Center stakeholders
- Align and coordinate with multiple executive sponsors for shared vision and accountability
- Own strategic relationships with global consulting partners and key Swiss subject-matter experts
- Co-innovate with partners to define joint value propositions and go-to-market motions
- Maintain direct, high-quality relationships with partner account leads
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure SSE impact
- Drive joint accountability, coordination, and transparency across internal stakeholders
- Maintain deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Finance, Spend, and AI solutions
- Stay ahead of market, technology, and competitive trends to craft winning strategies
