- Experience in e-commerce industries like Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, DTC
- Expertise in commerce, web analytics, content management systems, inbound marketing, marketplaces, order management, product information management
- Affinity with HTML, CSS, API, and frontend web development
- Familiarity with web technologies including React, Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience orchestrating a sales cycle with multiple resources
- Experience in presenting and hosting webinars or public speaking
Aufgaben
- Develop expertise in Commerce Cloud solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments
- Build relationships with sales, SE, and marketing teams
- Engage directly with customers from discovery to presentations
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process
- Collaborate with SEs and AEs on customer accounts
- Map customer goals to Salesforce product offerings
- Present Commerce technology with confidence
- Lead technical discussions with various stakeholders
- Collaborate globally to solve technical challenges
- Participate in product training and certifications
- Run live customer sessions to share solution knowledge
- Conduct internal enablement sessions for AEs and SEs
- Create reusable assets like demo environments and videos
