Anforderungen
- •Experience as a solution/sales engineer in Commerce or related technology fields, or Salesforce technology
- •Strong passion for commerce solutions and technology
- •Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- •Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and adaptable attitude
- •Customer-centric attitude with empathy for customer needs
- •Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- •Willingness to travel when required
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Understanding of the e-commerce vendor landscape
- •Understanding of system architecture and backend integration scenarios for E-Commerce
- •Additional experience with Salesforce B2B / B2C Commerce, OMS, and DTC offerings is a plus
- •Experience in e-commerce industries like Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, DTC
- •Expertise in commerce, web analytics, content management systems, inbound marketing, marketplaces, order management, product information management
- •Affinity with HTML, CSS, API, and frontend web development
- •Familiarity with web technologies including React, Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js
- •Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- •Experience orchestrating a sales cycle with multiple resources
- •Experience in presenting and hosting webinars or public speaking

- •Map customer goals to Salesforce product offerings
- •Present Commerce technology with confidence
- •Lead technical discussions with various stakeholders
- •Collaborate globally to solve technical challenges
- •Participate in product training and certifications
- •Run live customer sessions to share solution knowledge
- •Conduct internal enablement sessions for AEs and SEs
- •Create reusable assets like demo environments and videos
