Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's in Engineering with CS coursework
- Experience with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, agent frameworks, or workflow automation
- Comfortable with TypeScript or fast learner of new tools/stacks

- Enjoy working with non-technical teams; turn problems into solutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast feedback cycles
- Fluent in English
- Bonus: exposure to ERP or business-process environments (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar), or tools like Make, n8n, Retool, or Supabase
Aufgaben
- Understand real workflows and underlying problems by working with end-users, process owners, and client engineers
- Translate target-state processes into concrete technical solutions, including architecture, data models, integrations, and agent/workflow design
- Build full-stack solutions using TypeScript backend, integrations, LLM orchestration, and evaluations
- Support user demos and incorporate feedback into future iterations
- Own observability and evaluations for live solutions, iterating for reliability under customer conditions
- Build and ship AI-powered internal tools rapidly
- Evaluate, integrate, and chain the latest AI models, APIs, and frameworks into internal solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with existing systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Own end-to-end deployments, including building, testing, shipping, and monitoring solutions
