- Support ERP automation projects from analysis to go-live
- Analyze customer business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design and configure tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical and process questions
- Prepare documentation, implementation materials, and customer insights
- Support customer communication and ensure smooth project execution
- Collect customer feedback and translate it into product and process improvements
- Understand end-to-end customer journeys with sales and implementation teams
