- Recent graduate or final year student in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Interest in financial markets, trading, and digital assets
- Basic understanding of financial instruments; appetite to learn derivatives and crypto market structure

- Support daily client trading operations
- Monitor positions and client flows
- Flag unusual market moves to traders
- Learn and improve trading platform and products
- Prepare recurring analyses and reports
- Manage cash, collateral, and reconciliation tasks
- Research digital asset market structure
- Create short internal briefings
- Support client and counterparty interactions
- Collaborate on operational and strategic initiatives
- Test and roll out platform changes
- Follow regulatory and internal policies
