Anforderungen
- Engineering or science degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or robotics
- Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
- Proficiency with ROS2 and/or ROS1
- Familiarity with CMake, Git, and Docker

- Experience with robotic simulators and/or hardware

- Work permit required
- Reside in CH
Aufgaben
- Support migration from ROS1 to ROS2
- Gain hands-on experience with modern robotics middleware
- Work closely with engineers on real components
- Learn best practices in robotics software development
- Port ROS1 nodes and packages to ROS2
- Update message and service definitions
- Adapt communication interfaces
- Support integration of migrated components
- Test migrated components in simulation
- Test migrated components on robots
- Collaborate in code reviews
- Assist in debugging
