- Ensure quality, cost, and performance outcomes
- Manage and develop a team of Bid Managers, Project Managers, and Sub-System Managers
- Support operational activities like risk mitigation
- Implement improvement action plans
- Coordinate bids and projects to achieve strategic goals
- Balance the portfolio for optimal value
- Allocate resources timely for bids and projects
- Drive quality, cost, and delivery accountability
- Monitor bid and project processes
- Provide operational support for risk management
- Facilitate collaboration between sites and stakeholders
- Resolve escalated issues
