- Drive complex packaging initiatives across multiple SKUs
- Balance business goals, technical feasibility, quality, and cost
- Partner with category managers and suppliers to secure optimal packaging materials
- Work with three factories and cross-functional teams to resolve supply and quality issues
- Influence senior stakeholders and marketing functions with pragmatic solutions
- Contribute to procurement objectives like savings, value creation, and risk management
- Ensure compliance, sustainability, and business continuity
